Hayden Becker
Hi! My name is Hayden Becker and I am this year's EUS President. I am a first year student going into elementary teaching. Although I love the idea of being a teacher and sharing knowledge, this is just the first step in my education as I hope to pursue law school afterwards. I was interested in joining the EUS because leadership is something I feel very passionate about. When I was given the opportunity to rebuild EUS and lead the group I was so excited as I love restarting something so special. I hope to make this something every ED student wants to be a part of and fun for everyone. Outside of school I competitively wakesurf and coach basketball for the local club team. I love spending time with family and friends, and in my spare time getting to read. I can’t wait to get to meet you all!! Feel free to reach out at any time.

I’m especially passionate about fostering inclusive classrooms where every child feels supported, empowered, and confident in their learning journey. I have had the privilege of working with children in daycare and preschool settings. This has deepened my belief in the importance of seeing the world through a child’s eyes, with curiosity, and kindness. Outside of the education program, I love bowling, listening to country music and I am a big fan of Lilo and Stitch… Ohana means family, something that reflects my teaching philosophy: creating a classroom where everyone belongs💙🌸If you see me around you can almost always find me with a cute pink Starbucks drink in hand!
